HD Railings is a Radium, BC based company specializing in the sales and installation of aluminum deck railing in Southeastern British Columbia.

Due to Customer demand, we have expanded our service area to include Cranbrook and Jaffray as well.
Since 1998, we have installed over 14 miles of aluminum railing on decks, retaining walls and around swimming pools.

I contacted HD Railings looking for a new banister system for my house as part of an upgrade. I asked for and received an estimate of costs which took less than a week. The estimate appeared concise and set out the parameters of the work to be done. I suggested further modifications which were readdressed and a second estimate was produced. Once agreed the approximate date for the work to start was supplied. I received word from Harold two days prior to the work starting.
Matt, Harold's employee arrived on time and proceeded to complete the first phase of the work. He was prompt and completed the work and subsequent clean up in a few hours. Matt returned to complete the job along with Harold again on the date agreed to and again completed the job promptly with the subsequent clean up.
I recommend this company for their work ethic and costs for services rendered.

- Picket rails are available in two different picket widths: 5/8" or 1 1/2".
- Glass rails are used with either 5MM tempered clear,bronze or obscure glass or even a combination of both glass and pickets.
- We also install "SCENIC" glass rails. This is a 10MM tempered glass rail with only side rails and posts.
- We now offer Stainless steel cable railing with aluminum posts and top rail as it is a recent addition to acceptable railing in BC Building code.
