I contacted HD Railings looking for a new banister system for my house as part of an upgrade. I asked for and received an estimate of costs which took less than a week. The estimate appeared concise and set out the parameters of the work to be done. I suggested further modifications which were readdressed and a second estimate was produced. Once agreed the approximate date for the work to start was supplied. I received word from Harold two days prior to the work starting.
Matt, Harold's employee arrived on time and proceeded to complete the first phase of the work. He was prompt and completed the work and subsequent clean up in a few hours. Matt returned to complete the job along with Harold again on the date agreed to and again completed the job promptly with the subsequent clean up.
I recommend this company for their work ethic and costs for services rendered.
